Historic 250-year-old 'mini-castle' on estate of stately home to be revamped

The Grade II-listed tower on the Blickling Estate will undergo a series of works aimed at preserving the building’s character while ensuring it meets modern safety standards.

The four-storey red-brick landmark, which is now rented out by the Trust as a holiday let, dates back to around 1770 and once belonged to the second Earl of Buckinghamshire, John Hobart.
