Phillip Moore, 32, and Fred Harris, 46, were both caught leaving piles of rubbish in Clockcase Lane in Clenchwarton.

The site is a known hotspot for waste crime and the Environment Agency has covert cameras set up in the area.

Moore, who runs Moore’s Groundworks and Landscaping, was caught on camera unloading pallets and garden waste during two visits in September and October 2022.

His truck, branded with the company logo on the side, was spotted in CCTV footage captured by the Environment Agency.
