Self-serve cake sheds are seeing a surge in popularity as more open up across the county.

Cat Clayton from Poringland is one of the entrepreneurs who has been caught by the cake shed buzz.

She started her business, Clayton's Cake Shed, from her home in Howe Lane earlier this year.

"I wanted to turn my love of baking into more than just a hobby," the mother-of-one said.

"I thought an honesty box would be perfect as I can stock it up and it basically runs itself.........
