Plans for new homes approved after five years

Under the scheme 31 homes will be built in land south west of Alan Avenue, in Newton Flotman, south of the city.

Broadland District Council officially approved the plans this week after South Norfolk Council's planning committee voted in favour of the development at a meeting in August last year.

The new estate will comprise of both two and three-bed bungalows and a mix of one, two, three and four-bed houses.
