Greater Anglia, which owns the unit, revealed that it had agreed terms with an "established food operator" to move into the retail space last October.

But the site remains empty and there are no signs that any business is preparing to open.

Greater Anglia was coy when asked about a new tenant could move in but says it's still looking to finish things up with the letting contract.
