Marta Oczkowska, from Great Yarmouth, said her weight had bothered her "for quite some time" when she started her slimming journey.

"It was affecting my life and, to be honest, I have always looked for excuses just to delay doing something about it," she explained.

Her wake-up call came when she realised she weighed 12st 6lbs and her BMI was more than 30.

This meant the 46-year-old qualified for 12 weeks of Slimming World........
