Andy was one of five kittens born to a stray mother who was taken in by a family in Kettering.

When she gave birth, the family noticed Andy's deformity and took him to a vet who advised daily physiotherapy.

The exercises helped strengthen one leg but the left leg dragged behind him, holding him back when he walked.
