The PSPO was launched by Norfolk Police and Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) in April and outlaws drinking alcohol in public, begging, urinating in public, spitting and riding bikes and e-scooters on paths.

It came after a public consultation last year, when locals said feeling safe and the cleanliness of the town centre were among their top priorities.
