North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) noticed unauthorised work had been completed on a property in Great Ryburgh, near Fakenham, in December 2020.

NNDC believed the changes were "harmful" and issued an enforcement notice that said the property must be restored to its original condition.

The owner lodged an appeal........
