Lucy Raff ran Lucent Jewellery Studios in Norwich for 20 years until rising costs forced her to close.

In more recent years, she has moved to Beccles and launched a new business called Tulastra Studio, which sells a range of her own graphic design prints and homeware.

She also has a jewellery line under the name Tulastra Jewellery.

Over the last few months, Mrs Raff has received an influx of messages warning her that her designs were being sold by third-party sellers on popular discount sites.

She was not being credited, was not asked for permission and was not making any money from the sales.
