Man jailed for notorious Norfolk murder could be freed
Paedophile Xavier Themis abducted Leoni Keating from a Great Yarmouth holiday park in September 1985.
Four days later her body was spotted floating in a water channel 50-miles away in the River Lark at Barton Mills, near Thetford.
She had been gagged, her hands were tied up with a washing line and she had been sexually assaulted.
The killing shocked the nation and led to a nationwide manhunt, including the publication of photofits of a man spotted in the area.
More than 4,000 caravan park visitors were questioned as part of the investigation.
