Neighbours describe moments 'horrible' blaze engulfed suburban home
People living in Old Warren in Taverham watched in horror as the blaze tore through a nearby property, with one man describing the smoke as “so thick we could not see the house”.
Emergency services, including six fire engines and three ambulances, attended the blaze yesterday evening.
The body of a man, who has not yet been named, was discovered in the house following the fire. His next of kin have been informed.
