Sophia Kirkpatrick, who lives in the Golden Triangle, set up her baked-goods venture Swirl after returning to Norfolk, which has quickly proved a hit with locals.

The 31-year-old, whose business started as a pop-up in Grounded Coffee Bar in Unthank Road, is having to increase from baking nearly 100 cinnamon buns a day to 150.
