Thousands of people are expected to attend the Beccles Carnival which takes place on Saturday and Sunday.

Dating back to the pre-1900s, the carnival is the longest-running in Waveney, only interrupted by war years and the Covid pandemic.

There will also be a dog show, where four-legged friends can be entered into a range of categories to win a prize.........
