After a year of trading at Yalm Food Hall in the Royal Arcade, The Diner will stop serving customers today (February 10) as its owner moves on to focus on a new venture - a fried chicken food truck called Hutch.

The Hello Sailor Fish Bar, under the wing of chef Elliot Ketley, will be taking its place for three months from Wednesday serving lunch and dinners every day.

Yalm will now open at 10am for coffees, cakes........
