Plans to turn former pub into convenience store get the green light
Norwich City Council's planning committee approved the application for the old Heath House building in Gertrude Road to become an off-licence at a meeting this week.
The owners were granted permission to turn it into a residential property last year but have since reconsidered and are seeking to open a new business.
It was described as a "great idea" by councillors, who welcomed the idea of bringing the building back into use.
The application was for the change of use of the property from a pub........
