Major 180-home development with new school and country park set for approval
Officers at South Norfolk Council have advised councillors to give the green light to the hugely controversial development in Caistor St Edmund.
The project has been in the pipeline for more than three years and has been strongly opposed by locals at every step.
The vote on the future of the development will be cast at a meeting of South Norfolk Council's planning committee next week and the recommendation of officers will be used to inform this decision.
