Stephen Fraser, who sits on Attleborough Town Council and Breckland Council, was ordered to pay compensation at Norwich Magistrates' Court earlier this week.

He was charged with criminal damage in April after shop owner Richard Allington found his window had been smashed overnight.

Mr Fraser, 52, said he was too drunk to remember the incident after being identified in CCTV footage from the scene. He has apologised for his actions.
