Breckland Council has been accused of failing to take sufficient steps to resolve the issue in Stanfield, near Fakenham.

While the family who lived on the pitch in Back Lane recently relocated to nearby Billingford, councillors say a new site has since appeared.

The case has been described as "very complex" and has been a source of frustration for villagers for nearly a decade.
