Christopher Binnie, 57, of Willis Street in Norwich, died at his home on June 28 last year having carried out an act to end his life.

A recent inquest in writing concluded that Mr Binnie had recently been diagnosed with advanced bi-lateral glaucoma.

After reading the evidence, the senior coroner for Norfolk, Jacqueline Lake, concluded that
