Nerijus Merkevičius, 38, was found dead at his home on October 28.

Born in Lithuania, Mr Merkevičius had been living on North Everard Street and worked locally as a forklift driver.

An inquest opening held at Norfolk Coroner’s Court this week heard that Mr Merkevičius died from a physical act that ended his life.

His body was formally identified by a family friend.

A full inquest to determine the official cause of death will take place in May next year.
