Probe into death of Norwich prisoner who sexually assaulted dementia sufferer
The 66-year-old was previously jailed for ten months in 2019 after sexually assaulting a 78-year-old dementia sufferer.
He had been seen kissing the woman on the lips and rubbing her groin area over her clothing by her carer, Ipswich Crown Court heard.
Cox had previously admitted sexually assaulting a woman with a mental disorder on June 9, 2018.
In addition to being jailed, Cox was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for ten years and was made the subject of 12 months post release supervision.
