Damien Chapman, known affectionately as “Damo”, died at his home at Church Drove in Outwell, near Wisbech, on July 9.

Area coroner Johanna Thompson opened the inquest at Norfolk Coroner’s Court this week, where it was heard that Mr Chapman had been born in King’s Lynn on October 24, 1983.........
