The plans were lodged by Mr N Evans-Lombe for Great Meltons Farm Ltd for a site in Great Melton.

Designing out crime officers for the police advised Mr Evans-Lombe to place the car park "adjacent to buildings with active windows overlooking and have appropriate levels of natural surveillance".
