Broadland District Council turned down Andy Brackell's plans for a three-bedroomed home on Wroxham Road in Sprowston, saying the plans were set for an "unsustainable location".

Mr Bracknell earmarked land near number 2 Park Cottages but neighbours at the property wrote to Broadland District Council objecting to the development.
