People living near Mousehold Lane's McDonald's, which opened on October 22, say there has been no communication from the restaurant since it opened.

Bosses for the restaurant were told they had to provide their new neighbours with an email and telephone contact, which they could use if they had any concerns after the council gave it permission to operate 24/7.

The condition reads: "The premises licence holder shall provide an email and telephone contact........
