Houses in city set to become care home despite neighbours' fears
Broadland and South Norfolk District Council gave the applicant, named as a Mr X Kolici, the green light to change the use of two semi-detached properties in Hellesdon.
The plans would see it transformed into an eight-bed care home for people who require assisted living, and extended at the back with two-storey and single-storey extensions.
The home would also provide residents with 24-hour support from live-in carers.
Designs for the bid show what the homes will look........
