The All Hallows Guesthouse on Rouen Road, which pays tribute to Julian of Norwich, has been given the greenlight to have its steward move into a loft conversion to free up an extra room.

Planners for Norwich City Council, who approved the plans, said: "As a guest house with an existing resident steward's flat, the principal of this type of development is already considered acceptable.
