Trevor Thain, who lodged the request for Black Barn Farm in Salhouse, wanted a number of planning conditions - which he has to adhere to as part of approval for the business - adjusted.

One of the conditions - condition 5 - stated the business had to operate between the hours of 8am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday.

But Trevor hoped to extend this until 7.30pm while opening hours on Sundays and bank holidays - 10am until 4pm - would remain unchanged.
