Hellesdon High School on Middletons Lane will be able to have prefabricated toilet block now that Broadland and South Norfolk District Council have approved its application.

The plans are for three new prefabricated units to be installed "to the south at the back of the existing school buildings".

When the new toilets are built the school will continue its controversial policy where the facilities are locked during lessons and students can only use them if accompanied by a teacher with the key during these times.
