St Nicholas Bowls Club, in Dereham, has asked its lawyers to look through a tenancy contract with Breckland Council after it was told by the council it needed to cover the costs to remove a fallen tree.

The tree on the bowls club's property fell across Wakes Lane alley during Storm Darragh and damaged a wall on the other side.
