'It's a disgrace' - sheltered home near city plagued by bed bugs
Those living at Woodcote in Hethersett, a sheltered housing scheme which offers independent living for people aged over 55, have been plagued by the parasites for days.
One resident, who asked not to be named, described the "massive outbreak" as a "disgrace".
