Jane Zhang, from Gorleston, wants to change the use of Vauxhall House, a two-storey commercial block off Acle New Road, near Great Yarmouth railway station.

Earlier this year, Great Yarmouth Borough Council rejected her application over concerns for the appearance of that part of the town - soon to be the centre of a planned £20m regeneration project.

Planners said the building was "utilitarian and unattractive" - and that the "limited changes" outlined in Ms Zhang's application had failed to use the opportunity to transform the property.
