Teacher shortage sees pupils at Norfolk high school taught by video link
One parent of a child at Flegg High Ormiston Academy claimed there was “a severe teacher shortage” at the school, with Year 11 groups having to follow lessons on screen from another school.
The school confirmed computer science was currently the only subject without a permanent specialist.
A spokesman for the Ormiston Academies Trust said lessons are being taught online by a teacher at a partner school, with a member of staff in the classroom to supervise, alongside regular face-to-face sessions.
