The Iron Duke, on Jellicoe Road in Great Yarmouth, has stood empty after it stopped trading in 2008 and since then the Grade II listed building has fallen into disrepair.

But workers have now moved onto the site and started the long-awaited regeneration. They have been clearing overgrown vegetation and installing site........
