Restoration of major Norfolk landmark passes key milestone
Great Yarmouth Borough Council has appointed the main contractor for the £19m regeneration of the Winter Gardens.
With VINCI Building at the helm of the project, initial enabling works including cleaning the existing ironwork are set to begin in the autumn.
Councillor Carl Smith, borough council leader, said: "We are delighted to have secured the services of VINCI Building as our main contractor for what is an incredibly exciting scheme for the borough.
