Norfolk Police received a report that a child was approached by a teenager at St George's Park in Great Yarmouth at around 8.30am on September 2.

The teen made threats and demanded the boy hand over his pedal bike, which he did.

Simon Taylor, a friend of the victim's family, said the thief was "wearing a balaclava".

Later the same evening, just after 11.15am, Mr Taylor confronted a group of males in Trafalgar Road about the bike and they made threats towards him which he reported to the police.
