The Grange Hotel in Ormesby started operating a restaurant known as the Smokehouse Bar and Grill in summer 2019.

The landlords, however, are only now applying for retrospective planning permission for the change of use.

But neighbours have complained about noise and customers parking on roadside verges without any concern for locals.
