Man turns his life around after losing weight at slimming group
Lewis Jackson, 57, from Bradwell, said his weight had left him feeling breathless and low in confidence, with biscuits and boredom eating becoming regular habits.
Long hours on the road for work also meant it was easy to grab snacks at service stations, even when he wasn’t really hungry.
“I was overweight, fatigued and getting out of breath doing simple activities,” Mr Jackson said.
