He was captured on CCTV fly-tipping piles of rubbish at the side of Lancaster Road and York Road, in Great Yarmouth, at the rear of the Willow Tree Works building.

Interviewed under caution by Great Yarmouth Borough Council’s environmental rangers, the man admitted illegally dumping the waste and claimed it had originally been left on his property by other people.

His penalty was reduced to £750 for early payment. CCTV footage showed dining chairs, upholstered seats, a mattress, polythene waste, timber, carpet and other items being dumped.
