Developers Yeinat Ltd are targeting a four-hectare site on land near Dereham Railway Station where they want to build 72 houses and a 77-room care home.

They are currently seeking outline planning permission from Breckland District Council.

According to the planning application, the houses would include a mixture of bungalows and two-storey houses, which would range from two to four bedrooms.
