The parks are Ormesby Grange Tents and Touring as well as the Hemsby-based Beach Estate and Sandsgate Caravan Parks, Hemsby Tents and Touring, and Long Beach Park - all owned by the company Fourpenny Ltd.

The applications, submitted separately by Andrew Groat, are seeking permission to remove the existing seasonal occupancy period restriction between March 20 and October 31 to allow year-long occupation by tents and touring for holiday purposes.

Planning statements submitted with the proposals say demand is so high the owners need to expand the parks themselves, but that extending the occupancy period would negate the need for physical expansion.
