Ambulance 'struggled' to get to patient due to 'irresponsible' parking

The incident happened after 3pm on Monday, November 3, at the playing field in Caister, where double parking is a recurring problem, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times.

Kevin Wood, chairman of Caister Parish Council, has expressed dismay after the emergency saw a customer at the Rabbit Hutch Cafe need medical attention but the ambulance "really struggled" to get to the patient because of "irresponsible parking".
