Derelict 19th-century windmill included in £450k sale of 'serene' Norfolk landscape
The nature-rich grazing marshes at Runham, near Great Yarmouth, are being sold via rural agency Savills.
The coastal property includes 89.35 acres of grassland, frontage to the River Bure, woods, reed beds - and the Five Mile House Windpump.
The Grade II listed building, constructed in 1849, is currently derelict but agents say there could be potential to convert it for another use, subject to the required planning permission.
