Villagers vote in neighbourhood plan calling for more affordable homes to be built
Some 57pc (108) who took part in a parish poll agreed with the new blueprint for Marshland St James, near Wisbech, while 43pc (81) voted against it.
The result means the plan drawn up by the parish council will be adopted and used by West Norfolk Council when it decides future planning applications in the village.
