Village on 'Airbnb-next-the-Sea' coast draws up battle lines over second homes
A new neighbourhood plan is being drawn up at Weybourne, near Holt, on the north Norfolk coast
The parish council says it will "focus on new houses only being used as principal homes".
Some 40pc of properties in the village are either second homes or holiday lets, with numbers of short term rentals booming since the arrival of Airbnb 10 years ago.
