West Norfolk councillors have been recommended to approve the array on land at Brookville, between Downham Market and Thetford.

It would span two parcels of what is currently arable land off Brook Lane, to the west of the village.

A report to councillors says five objections were received, expressing concerns the development would be out of character for a rural area and spoil the views.
