Walsingham Parish Council has applied to replace the now-demolished centre, which was set on fire in January, 2023.

A design statement says its proposals will provide the village near Fakenham with "its focal point, a modern, up-to-date and fit for purpose building" that can be enjoyed by both locals and visitors.

It adds the previous hall served as "the hub of the community for many years",........
