Covert cameras captured Denny Thorpe allowing waste to be dumped on his land at Clenchwarton, near King's Lynn, and setting fire to it.

Ben Thomas, prosecuting at Lynn Crown Court said enforcement notices had been served on Thorpe by the Environment Agency after a fire on his property in May of 2022 caused "pollution and disruption to the local area".
