New bid to turn holiday let into permanent home amid 'significant' housing shortage
Plans to change the use of the property at Burnham Overy Town, near Wells, were turned down in 2022, because a house which was a "permanent dwelling" would not have been allowed in the first place.
West Norfolk Council said the site on Burnham Road was "unsustainable", because it had poor transport links and was "remote from basic local services" and its decision was later upheld on appeal.
